Can I book a service for other people?
Yes, the service is available for yourself or your guests.
What happens if my flight is cancelled or delayed?
If your flight is cancelled or delayed, just let us know and we'll reply back to your with either reservation modification confirmation or details about the refund procedure.
How far in advance should I book?
To let us provide you with the highest level of service, we kindly ask you to make your booking not later that 24h in advance.
Can children use the service for free?
Fast Track service is paid by passport, so each passenger, including kids will be charged. There are no discounts available for children.
